A free health fair is being held on March 30.
"The city of Seaside is sponsoring a Community Health Fair from 1 to 4 p.m. March 30 at Oldemeyer Center, 986 Hilby Ave., Seaside."
"The fair is free and includes vendor booths and free or low-cost testing on blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, bone density, hearing, pneumonia shots, mammograms and more."

This is pretty all that I found on the matter. But there it is, a post speaking of free mammograms. I do not know if this means that a mobile mammography unit will be available, and that the tests will cost, or if there is still a minimum age requirement. But it does not hurt to check it out if you are from the area. (Mammograms tend to run about $150.00 if they are not being covered by insurance.)
There was no area code posted with the phone number. According to Google: The common Area Code for the Seaside, California area is 831.
